Hi! My husband and I just adopted a vegan diet and I found your dark chocolate cookies in our local supermarket. Yum! I'm glad you took so much time creating just the right taste with such wholesome ingredients. I, too, have an insatiable sweet tooth, and my husband loves chocolate as much as any woman, HA!

A fun note - we used to live in North Chatham where this picture was taken. My husband did an internship for his Clinical Psych. degree at the May Institute back in 1987 and we lived there for 6 months. We had only been married 3 years at that point with no kids yet. It was a time we'll never forget, and we hope someday to visit again--our youngest child is 14 and two older ones just started college! We homeschooled them for 11 years and even then, the time flew by. I admire that you spend time with 3 generations together in your business.
