Meet two members of Late July's R&D team, my sons. When not in school, they are busy testing new products, making suggestions on our current ones and reminding me of what's really important. My 9 year old is most proud of his contribution to our Sweet Potato Tortilla Chips & my youngest, who hopes to be a chef one day, especially loves that he suggested more lime in the Mild Green Mojo! As a mom & CEO I'm so thankful my kids enjoy the important role they play at Late July! I'd love to hear how other family businesses incorporate their children.
